Aberdeen Angus Quality Beef Ltd were relying on an outdated legacy system that had become unreliable, difficult to maintain, and impossible to upgrade. Their provider could not support modernisation, leaving them with a poor data schema, slow transfer methods, and limited operational visibility.

We analysed the entire platform and identified major structural issues, including an inefficient database design, outdated communication protocols, and a lack of automation or modern reporting. Working closely with the client, we proposed a full rebuild using secure, token‑based API endpoints and a redesigned data architecture.
